Food is a bridge to our Ancestors. A vessel of memory, medicine, and deep connection.
I’m inspired by stories, feeling, colours, taste and smell, but also by the journey of an ingredient. Each ingredient carries its own strength, character, and purpose. I ask: What is its essence? How can we bring it to life with care? How do we honour its gift and give thanks for its nourishment?
If you’re a fellow creative, I love co-creating dishes. let’s create food that can root us back into the land, the waters, and our shared lineage as Earthians.
